Yes. The limit is your model provider's quota — Gemini's free tier is 1500 req/day. Shown in your dashboard, linked to your Google account. We don't bill per run.
"What does Assisted buy me?"
My time, asynchronously. You ask, I reply in 24h with a setup, an explanation, or a question. Custom skills get written by me. Still no calls.
"Can I leave?"

"Is ChatGPT Plus an API key?"
No. ChatGPT Plus and Claude.ai are chat apps; their subscriptions don't include API access. To plug into your agent you need an API key (pay-per-token, separate billing).
